Remote Senior Liquid Staking Backend Engineer

Folks Finance seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of liquid staking solutions. You will architect, develop and maintain backend systems to support our liquid staking products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including smart contract and backend engineers, to deliver scalable and reliable infrastructure. You will design staking infrastructure, review code, and stay up-to-date with the latest DeFi trends.

Design, implement and maintain staking infrastructure. Collaborate with the economics team to identify and analyse staking opportunities. Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate smart contracts and SDKs for interacting with protocol. Write clean, maintainable code and perform code reviews. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in DeFi and blockchain technologies. Minimum 5 years as Backend/DevOps Engineer or similar role. Knowledge of blockchain consensus and staking mechanisms. Proficient with DevOps practices and tools. Experience with AWS cloud services.
