Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and specifications. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability to handle high volumes of traffic and data. Implement and maintain database solutions, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval. Develop and integrate with various telecommunications protocols and systems. Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by QA or end-users. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Proficiency in at least one major backend language such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js. Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Cassandra). Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of telecommunications concepts and protocols is a significant advantage. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a distributed team.
