Reporting Analyst

Are you someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to help them make informed decisions. We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Richlands QLD.

What you’ll be doing

• Support client reporting, including liaison, requirements, implementation and maintenance.
• Respond to stakeholder queries, source data and produce accurate reports.
• Deliver monthly, ad hoc and operational reports with insights.
• Understand systems and extract meaningful data.
• Investigate, cleanse and validate data.
• Support reporting, systems and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with training materials as required.
• Learn varied business tasks and build broad knowledge.
• Identify and support system and process improvements.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in reporting, data analysis, BI or a similar role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for reporting and quality data.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and improve processes.
