Reporting Analyst
Are you someone who takes pride in producing accurate work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to help them make informed decisions. We are looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our team in Richlands QLD.
What you’ll be doing
- Support client reporting, including liaison, requirements, implementation and maintenance.
- Respond to stakeholder queries, source data and produce accurate reports.
- Deliver monthly, ad hoc and operational reports with insights.
- Understand systems and extract meaningful data.
- Investigate, cleanse and validate data.
- Support reporting, systems and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with training materials as required.
- Learn varied business tasks and build broad knowledge.
- Identify and support system and process improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in reporting, data analysis, BI or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for reporting and quality data.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership and improve processes.
