Position: Research Analyst
Salary: $3,800 – $4,200
Contract Duration: 12 months contract
Working hours: 08.30am – 06.00pm
Working Location: Near to Clarke Quay MRT
Key Responsibilities:
- Write reports and articles that make labour market trends come alive through clear data storytelling
- Launch studies or surveys to measure emerging trends and identify wider implications and gaps in the labour market from analysis produced
- Provide advisory on data and statistical techniques used in modelling
- Keep abreast of latest labour market movements and propose creative ways to present information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a strong interest in data, numbers, and pattern analysis
- Minimum 2 years of experience in research, analysis, or data‑related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly
- Self‑motivated, responsible, and highly detail‑oriented
- Singaporeans only
- Exposure to statistical or analytical tools such as SAS, R, Python, or STATA
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau or Power BI)
- Knowledge or experience in econometric or quantitative modelling
