Research Engineer

You train state-of-the-art models, improve machine learning systems through post-training, data curation and architectural improvements, and design rigorous benchmarks to evaluate model quality. You conduct exploratory research to improve data quality and independently investigate novel concepts.

Responsibilities

• Train state-of-the-art models across modalities
• Improve models through post-training, data curation, architectural improvements and novel training paradigms
• Design benchmarks and evaluations for model iterations
• Conduct exploratory research to improve data quality
• Evaluate novel concepts and improve machine learning projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI
• Experience implementing, training and improving machine learning models
• Ability to evaluate novel concepts or enhance machine learning projects autonomously
• Experience conducting exploratory research to improve gathered data
• Evidence of solving difficult problems through projects, designs or GitHub contributions
