Research Senior Manager (12-Month Contract | SGD 4600 - SGD 4800) – JO 29338

Key Highlights:

• Be a part of a research team supporting impactful community and social research initiatives through research coordination, data collection, analysis and stakeholder engagement to contribute towards evidence-based outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support research activities, including participant recruitment, surveys, interviews and data collection.
• Assist with managing research data, conducting quality checks and performing basic data analysis.
• Coordinate research operations, including scheduling, tracking project progress and supporting field activities.
• Maintain research documentation, databases and study-related records.
• Conduct literature reviews and assist in preparing research reports, presentations and research materials.
• Support stakeholder engagement and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Assist with research logistics, administrative coordination and day-to-day project operations.
• Ensure compliance with research protocols, confidentiality requirements and data protection guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Epidemiology or related disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years of working experience in research, social science, public health, community engagement, programme coordination or related fields.
• Experience in survey research, participant recruitment, data collection or social/community research is preferred.
• Familiarity with research tools, data management systems or basic data analysis software such as SPSS, R, Qualtrics or similar platforms will be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage participants and stakeholders effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
