Position Summary:
- Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate
- Analyse and update all traveller requests that are tailored to their requirements
- Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or traveller orders
- Assist and coordinate traveller bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings
- Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each traveller experience
- Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team
About You:
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in New Zealand
