Resident Physician

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily ward operations and ensure the smooth delivery of patient care services.
• Assess and manage inpatient and outpatient referrals, including urgent and non-urgent cases.
• Perform approved elective and emergency procedures within the scope of practice.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to junior medical staff.
• Participate in the training, teaching, and development of medical trainees and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and professional practice.

Requirements:

• Basic medical degree from an accredited medical university or medical school recognised by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
• Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Experience or background in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G), Cardiothoracic Intensive Care, or Radiation Oncology is welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical competency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and management.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to medical education, continuous learning, and professional development.
