Resident Solution Architect

This is an embedded, full-time placement within a large-scale enterprise environment with highly skilled engineering teams operating at a fast pace. Teams are self-sufficient, technically rigorous, and focused on delivering reliable, scalable data platforms and applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role. You will write production code, optimize Spark workloads, design streaming architectures, and drive the adoption of Databricks technologies across multiple global locations. You will also help define project priorities, shape product decisions, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Product and Consulting Leadership

· Operate as a product and technical leader for Databricks-based applications and frameworks by engaging stakeholders, prioritizing requirements, and translating business needs into product and technical solutions.

· Identify opportunities for platform improvement, cost optimization, and architectural simplification across global teams.

· Provide strategic and technical guidance to engineering teams as a trusted advisor.

· Navigate changing priorities and define workstreams in ambiguous environments.

· Coordinate with stakeholders across geographies and functions.

· Exposure to data-intensive platforms, analytics environments, or highly regulated industries is beneficial.
