You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Ensures that clients adhere to the day-to-day program schedule, tracking attendance as required.
- Monitors participation in program events and activities, if applicable.
- Conduct and document routine room/bed and facility checks, (minimally every thirty minutes) to ensure client and facility safety and security.
- Evaluate the client's property/items upon admission to ensure compliance with facility and program guidelines.
- Provides safe, timely, and supervised transportation of clients to off-site appointments or activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and/ or other reports in a timely manner, in accordance with policy and procedures.
OVERNIGHT SHIFT CAVEAT
- Makes hourly tours of the facility, logging all pertinent activity.
- Manages after-hours incidents and emergencies, as required, notifying the appropriate staff.
- Coordinates and facilitates all scheduled nighttime activities (i.e., fire drill, evacuation, etc.)
- Completes room-to-room headcounts three(3) times each night.
- Conducts routine facility checks to ensure facility safety and security.
