Summary
Designs residential projects from concept through construction documentation — preparing floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings while coordinating with structural, MEP, and client requirements. Core tools are AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp; the role is remote.
Design and develop residential projects from concept through construction documentation, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, code awareness, and constructability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and client requirements.
- Revise drawings based on design reviews, site conditions, and project changes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or related field; professional registration preferred.
- 3+ years of residential design/documentation experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software.
