We're looking for a Residential Construction Foreman who enjoys being in the field, coordinating trades, solving problems, and helping deliver exceptional homes from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Working alongside the Superintendent, you'll help keep projects organized, productive, and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Support daily field operations from project startup through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain project schedules
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
- Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues before they become delays
- Review work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications
- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain site readiness
- Assist with daily reports, project documentation, and progress photos
- Help manage punch lists and project closeout activities
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, trade partners, and the project team
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of residential construction experience
- Experience leading crews or coordinating subcontractors
- Knowledge of residential construction sequencing and jobsite operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between project sites as needed

- Build positive working relationships with subcontractors and team members

- Communicate proactively to prevent delays and resolve field issues
- Continue developing the leadership skills needed to advance into a Superintendent role
