What You'll Do
As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help bring exceptional homes to life.
Your responsibilities include:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations
- Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details
- Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
- Help identify and resolve field challenges
- Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners
- Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience
- Experience with rough and finish carpentry
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when needed
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
