The Role: As a Respiratory Therapist at Binson’s, you’ll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in both retail and home settings, helping them breathe easier and live better. From setting up PAP equipment to providing ongoing support and education, you’ll play a key role in improving respiratory health and patient confidence.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
What We're Looking For

- A current, active license as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working within a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) environment or home health setting.
- Proven experience with home respiratory setups, including home oxygen systems, PAP therapy, and home mechanical ventilation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up patients with PAP therapy and provide instruction on usage of the equipment
- Set up and support ventilator supplies
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safety
- Provide top-notch respiratory care in both home and retail settings
- Conduct follow-up visits and check-ins with our oxygen therapy patients
- Be the go-to for all things respiratory—whether it’s troubleshooting equipment or offering guidance
- Recommend oral/tracheal hygiene and help manage trach care
- On-call coverage to make sure no breath is left behind after hours
- Work closely with patients, caregivers, and your amazing Binson’s teammates to ensure smooth care
- Help verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients
