Responsible for welcoming guests, providing timely seating as well as outlet and menu information to enhance their dining experience.
Greets guests in a timely manner.
Provides guests with menus.
Assigns guest to tables
Ensures dining and serving areas are clean and properly set.
Receives and records guests reservations
Speaks to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Other duties as assigned.
Strong verbal communication skills.
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs.
Frequent walking.
Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
