We are seeking a Full-Time experienced cook with flexible availability.
✅ Must be available weekends and holidays.
What You’ll Do
As an Experienced Line Cook, you are a key player on our kitchen team. You’ll\:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following recipes, presentation standards, and Hyatt brand expectations
- Set up and break down the restaurant line efficiently and accurately
- Stock, organize, and maintain assigned stations
- Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in accordance with the Health Department and hotel policies
- Keep your work environment clean, safe, and organized at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with your team
- Learn and master new stations quickly
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and passion for continuous culinary growth
- Strive toward the next level of cook by consistently delivering quality and demonstrating pride in your craft
This is not an entry-level role, we are looking for seasoned culinary professionals ready to contribute and grow.
