Key Responsibilities:
- Run smooth day-to-day operations and keep the restaurant looking and performing its best
- Hire, train, and motivate a high-energy team
- Create memorable guest experiences and handle feedback with care
- Manage inventory, orders, and costs responsibly
- Support sales goals and financial performance
- Ensure health, safety, and labor standards are met
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- A people-first leader who loves building strong teams
- Knowledge of food & beverage (bonus if you know your wine and cocktails!)
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs
- Tech-savvy with POS or scheduling systems preferred
