Position Summary:

Our Servers take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Servers makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Core Competencies
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Efficiently serve food and beverages, maintaining proper presentation and temperature.
- Process payments accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Manage table assignments and rotations effectively to maximize seating and turnover.
- Proactively suggest additional items to guests (upselling) to increase sales and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to provide seamless service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Possess a strong understanding of our menu, including ingredients and preparation methods (food knowledge).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Servers will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
