Responsibilities

• Advise customers on spectacles, frames, lenses, and related optical products.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Manage daily store operations and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold company standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store KPI performance.
• Process cashiering duties and handle customer payment transactions accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and comply with company SOPs.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Sales-driven with a customer service focus.
• Willing to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends and PH.
