- Working Hours: 5–6 days per week (based on roster), between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product enquiries and recommend suitable products.
- Process cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish, organise, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-presented.
- Support day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and enjoys interacting with customers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Responsible, proactive, and a team player.
