Retail Associate

OVERVIEW

The Hourly C-store / Retail Employee’s main responsibility to provide quality customer service to store patrons while insuring the inside and outside of the facility is clean and well maintained. This includes but is not limited to; assisting customers, stocking inventory, store housekeeping, unloading of deliveries and other duties as required. Must be 18 yrs of age to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees always
• Provides outstanding and courteous customer service
• Read and follow company employee policies
• Continuously follows the safety guidelines and safety programs established for the C-Store
• Flexibility in work hours and shift assignments may be required
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions
• Complete daily paperwork
• Operate cash register and other company equipment as needed
• Records sales transactions and receives payments for the transactions
• Greets customers in a friendly manner and helps them in finding products or services of the C-Store
• Re-stocks shelves, displays, and food service items
• Keeps all product dispensing equipment and service areas orderly and clean
• Performs all assigned inside and outside housekeeping duties
• Assist with for prep work of main kitchen, associated areas, and preparing orders when needed.
• Show up when your shift is to begin and work the assigned hours of the shift.
