What You'll Be Doing

• Provide friendly and personalised customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Drive store sales by working towards assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations and purchasing decisions.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, merchandise and ongoing promotions.
• Work closely with the Store Management team to identify sales and merchandise opportunities.
• Handle stock receiving, outgoing merchandise and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store follows visual merchandising standards.
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe for customers and colleagues.
• Assist with store openings and closures when required.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel, footwear or a customer service-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
