💰 Salary

Salary: $2,300 – $2,500/month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent shopping experiences.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide product recommendations and maintain good product knowledge.
• Support stock receiving, inventory management and replenishment.
• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
• Follow store operational, visual merchandising and safety standards.
• Report maintenance or operational issues to management.
• Assist with new store openings and closures when required.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in apparel or footwear.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.
