Your Day-to-Day Impact

As a vital part of our retail security team, you will blend active protection with premium customer service:

• Deliver high-visibility patrolling, guarding, and site monitoring across retail premises.
• Act as a welcoming, professional point of contact for shoppers, staff, and contractors.
• Manage site access control systems and ensure strict safety compliance.
• Respond swiftly and professionally to alarms, critical incidents, and emergencies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security hazards and risks.
• Maintain detailed records and complete accurate incident reports.

What You Bring to the Team

• A current NSW Security Licence (including the Crowd Controller component).
• A valid, up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous experience within the security industry.
• Sharp communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, reliable attitude with immaculate professional presentation.
• The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
