Looking for a stable, full-time position with paid training and opportunities to grow? Join our Batteries Plus team and help customers find solutions for batteries, lighting, device repair, key programming, and more.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Help customers find the right batteries, lighting, and accessories
- Perform battery testing, installation, and light technical services
- Repair smartphones and tablets (paid training provided)
- Program automotive key fobs
- Receive, stock, rotate, and count inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading merchandise
What You'll Bring
- Friendly, dependable, customer-first attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to work scheduled shifts at both our Chesapeake and Suffolk stores
- Retail, sales, customer service, technical, or device repair experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Benefits
- $14-$15 per hour, depending on experience
- Higher starting pay for candidates with device repair experience
