Purpose of the Position
To support retail operations by assisting in inventory control, customer service activities, product management, and administrative processes, contributing to efficient store operations and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and ensure smooth workflow within the store.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and product organization.
- Help maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and operational activities.
- Support customer service processes by responding to inquiries and directing customers as needed.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing incoming products and shipments.
- Ensure operational documents and records are properly maintained and archived.
