The Role
Nitro is investing in its Revenue Operations function and needs a technically strong systems builder to own the Salesforce infrastructure that powers our go-to-market motion. This role sits inside RevOps and is primarily responsible for the configuration, automation, and integrity of our Salesforce instance with an immediate focus on the systems and workflows that support our channel and partner business.
You will personally build and maintain flows, automations, and reporting across the GTM stack. While the partnerships motion is the primary domain you will support day-to-day, this role is a RevOps systems role first and will naturally extend into broader areas of the GTM system as the function grows. This is a hands-on build role. You will be in Salesforce every day building, not directing others to do it.
What You Will Do
Salesforce Build & Administration
- Own and personally execute Salesforce configuration across the GTM stack: flows, automations, assignment rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, and dynamic layouts
- Design and build scalable workflows, maintaining clean system architecture and clear documentation throughout
- Manage data quality across the instance; deduplication, enrichment standards, validation rules, and field governance
- Maintain CPQ configuration as it relates to deal structures, pricing rules, and quote generation
- Own Salesforce documentation: build guides, flow documentation, change logs, and admin playbooks
- Support governance, release management, health checks, and security reviews for the Salesforce instance
- Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for RevOps and the internal teams that depend on it
Partnerships & Channel Systems
- Apply your Salesforce expertise to the channel and partner motion, building and maintaining deal registration workflows, partner tiering logic, opportunity routing, partner attribution logic, and partner-facing CRM processes
- Own day-to-day administration of the partner tech stack, Salesforce, Allbound (partner portal), and Pax8-related workflows
- Operationalise partner programme components inside Salesforce: deal registration, onboarding workflows, partner tiering, incumbency protection, and partner lifecycle tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards covering partner pipeline, partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, deal registration activity, and programme performance
- Identify and resolve system friction that slows partner activity, causes misrouting, or reduces adoption
- Use AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort across partner operations: intake, enrichment, routing, reporting, and field notifications
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function in B2B SaaS
- Deep, hands-on Salesforce Administration experience is required. You must be able to personally build flows, configure automations, manage data, and own the system architecture
- Salesforce Admin Certification strongly preferred; CPQ experience a plus
- Familiarity with how SaaS partnerships work in practice. Channel motions, partner-led pipeline, and deal registration is useful context for this role, though not a hard requirement
- Experience with partner portals, channel systems, or partner programme operations a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Allbound, Pax8, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Groove, or Clari is a plus
- Analytical, process-oriented, and documentation-driven. Comfortable operating across both tactical build work and cross-functional programme coordination
- AI-fluent and automation-minded in practice, not just in principle
Success in This Role Looks Like
- At 30 days: Clear picture of the current Salesforce configuration, highest-priority gaps identified, hands-on remediation underway
- At 90 days: Deal registration workflows, partner account management, and attribution logic are cleaner and better documented. Partnerships team has a reliable system resource.
- At 6 months: Leadership has trusted reporting on channel performance. Partner onboarding is faster. Routing and attribution are reliable. Manual workarounds have been replaced with documented, automated processes.
