Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our revenue operations, working closely with leaders across our commercial teams to unify and optimize all revenue-generating activities. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how we operate and scale Protex AI.

What You’ll Do

Data Infrastructure, Reporting, Insights

• Build and maintain a unified revenue data system across teams

• Create impactful reporting and analytics solutions

• Transform data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making

• Full end-to-end ownership of commission plans and reconciliation

Revenue Team Operations

• Collaborate with revenue leadership to design effective operating processes that align our goals, projects, and accountability

• Drive execution of our operating rhythm while supporting teams with data-driven insights

• Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication

Strategic Leadership

• Leverage your unique position at the intersection of data and teams to contribute to C-suite level strategic discussions

• Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and overcome challenges

Process Excellence

• Enhance our lead-to-revenue journey through process optimization and automation

• Lead operational improvement initiatives

• Develop and optimize our revenue tech stack to empower team success

What You’ll Need

• 6-10 years of professional experience in revenue operations, analytics, or similar roles

• 3+ years experience with Enterprise SaaS startups or business models

• Experience leading or working closely with a data analytics team

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, through professional experience, project leadership, or innovative problem-solving

• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively

• Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex work streams

• Sets high standards for yourself and inspires excellence in others

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and proactive approach

Note: This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week expected in our growing office in Boston (Summer Street).
