You will support revenue operations focused on restaurant partners, loyalty initiatives, and the systems behind them. You will design workflows, analyze performance, build hardware and inventory tracking systems, improve CRM data integrity, and execute revenue-generating initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize workflows for loyalty and revenue-generating programs
- Develop performance analysis and reporting
- Implement systems for hardware and inventory tracking and reconciliation
- Improve CRM optimization, data integrity, and reporting accuracy
- Support and execute ad hoc revenue initiatives
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, revenue operations, analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills
- Claude Code
- SQL
- CRM experience, preferably HubSpot
- Google Sheets
- Reporting tools such as Metabase
- Coding or scripting experience in SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Organization and attention to detail
- Ability to build systems and execute within them
