An RN Fellow at Providence will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new Nursing specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you.
The RN Fellowship position starts on October 5, 2026.
Positions available: Night shift, Full-Time

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
