House Supervisor (RN) – Full-Time - Weekend Option

Weekend Option Premium - $8

Earn premium weekend pay while working a consistent weekend schedule. Weekend Option RNs commit to working at least 16 hours each weekend (five out of every six weekends) and receive premium pay for qualifying weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

As the House Supervisor, you'll serve as the administrative leader for hospital operations during your shift. You'll:

• Coordinate patient care and hospital operations across departments
• Support and guide nursing staff while collaborating with leadership
• Assist with staffing decisions and help ensure safe patient assignments
• Respond to emergencies, rapid responses, and critical situations
• Promote quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
• Round throughout the hospital to support staff, patients, and workflow
• Step into direct patient care when needed during critical staffing situations
• Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture that reflects our mission and values

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
• Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Three or more years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to confidently lead during fast-paced and changing situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
