RN - Med/Surg

WinnMed is seeking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our hospital Med/Surg Team! Med/Surg RNs are responsible for providing patient care to a variety of hospital patients including infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. RNs coordinate care in collaboration with the patient, family, nurses, peers, physicians, and allied health care providers. This position includes rotating shifts/ schedules - Primarily overnights,12 hour shifts (7:00a-7:00p/ 7:00p-7:00a), Every 3rd Weekend, and Rotating Holidays. .75 FTE (60 hours per 2-week pay period).

Shift Premiums:

• + $2.00/hour Weekend Premium
• + $3.00/hour Evening Premium
• + $4.00/hour Overnight Premium

• Must be highly motivated, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be a team player
• Current license to practice as an RN in the state of Iowa
• American Heart Association BLS required
• American Heart Association ACLS and PALS required within 6 months of hire
