Job Description
As a Rolex Quick Service Aftercare Technician, you will be the showroom's technical aftercare expert, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the client journey. You will assess timepieces, carry out approved technical interventions, provide expert advice on repair and servicing requirements, and ensure a seamless experience from intake through to collection. Working closely with clients, colleagues, watchmakers, and Rolex service centres, you will uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and luxury service while contributing to aftercare performance and building lasting client relationships.
