Roll Coat Operator - Porter Corp
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate adhesive roll-coating machine
- Prepare machine for operation
- Properly maintains and cleans machine
- Stages raw materials
- Responsible for data tracking and computer entries
- Reporting of materials and quality checks
- Operate a hi-lo
- Responsible for setting and operating press equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Machine Operation experience preferred
Travel
This position requires minimal to no travel
Computer Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
Other Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blue-prints
- Ability to read a tape-measure
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance
- Basic math skills
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- Ability be on feet and active for long periods of time
