RPA Analyst & Support
Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 per month
About the role
The RPA Analyst & Support role involves monitoring and supporting RPA bot operations during production hours, executing manual processes when automated systems require intervention, and providing standby support during production system maintenance windows. You will track and document production process performance metrics, coordinate with stakeholders on RPA-related operational issues, and conduct comprehensive UAT for RPA implementations across different milestones.

Execute test scenarios and validate robot functionality against business requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for RPA workflows
Identify, log, and track RPA-related issues and system bugs
Provide training and support to end users on RPA processes
About you
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (minimum requirement)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience in IT, business analysis, or related field
Experience with RPA tools or process automation (advantage)
Experience in software testing, UAT, or quality assurance (advantage)
Professional certifications in RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) (advantage)
ITIL Foundation certification (advantage)
Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Redmine) (advantage)
