RPA Developer

Design and Development:

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated processes.

• Implementation:

• Deploy RPA solutions in production environments and ensure their smooth operation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure they run correctly.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.

• Maintenance and Support:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions.
• Modify existing bots to improve efficiency and adapt to changes in the business environment.
• Ensure compliance with established governance and security standards.

• Training and Collaboration:

• Train and mentor junior RPA developers and business users on RPA tools and best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RPA technology and methodologies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Participate in RPA community forums and share knowledge with the team.
