RPA Developer / Automation Anywhere Developer

Salary: RM 9,000 – RM 11,000 per month

Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or relevant professional certifications.

• 2–6 years of professional experience in robotic process automation (RPA) configuration and programming, including scripting/coding, SQL, relational databases, and application development.

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere. Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, or other RPA tools will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (on-premises and cloud) is an added advantage.

• Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation, including business and technical requirements gathering, problem-solving, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and bug fixing.

• Understanding and experience in Business Analysis.

• Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma process methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly driven, self-motivated, autonomous, resilient, and a strong team player with a good work ethic.
