RPA Developer
About the role
We are looking for a Mid-Level RPA Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The ideal candidate must have experience developing and implementing automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, and/or Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop, with at least 5 completed automations using these RPA platforms.
Key responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
Develop automation workflows using RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Build and maintain desktop automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance existing automation workflows.
Perform testing and debugging of automation solutions before deployment.
Monitor deployed automations and resolve technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation for developed automation solutions.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
About you
At least 3 years of experience with RPA technologies.
Must have developed 5 or more automation solutions using RPA platforms.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate Desktop.
Experience with MS SQL scripting.
Experience with VBA.
Experience with Python.
Experience with C#.
Experience working with JSON.
Experience with PowerShell.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
