Day to day involves translating business process requirements into automated workflows, testing and troubleshooting bots, and documenting and optimizing solutions alongside senior developers and business analysts. Onsite in Cebu City, Philippines.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have some experience with RPA tools, a passion for automation, and a desire to grow within our company. As a Junior RPA Developer, you will work closely with our senior developers and business analysts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
-Work with business analysts to understand process requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
-Assist in the design, development, and testing of RPA bots.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.
-Document RPA solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
-Continuously monitor and optimize RPA bots to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-1-2 years of experience in RPA development using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
-Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and SQL.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience in process analysis and documentation.
-Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
-Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies.
-Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate).
