RPA Developer in Jakarta who migrates bots and workflows from UiPath to the Microsoft Power Automate ecosystem, designs and tests Cloud and Desktop flows, and maintains and optimizes production bots while coordinating with IT stakeholders. Salary: Rp 6.250.000 – Rp 7.500.000 per month
About the role
Execute a comprehensive migration of bots and RPA workflows from legacy platforms (specifically UiPath) to the Microsoft Power Automate ecosystem. Design, develop, and test efficient and stable automation flows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows). Analyze existing RPA process architecture, collaborate with IT Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business processes during and after transition, and perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization on bots running in production.

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization on bots in production
About you
Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor's degree)
Proven work experience of minimum 1–2 years specifically in RPA development using Microsoft Power Automate (experience with Power Automate Desktop highly preferred)
Strong understanding of programming logic, data structures, and RPA lifecycle
Experience with UiPath (valuable for understanding bot logic to be migrated)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem, SharePoint, Azure Keyvault, and API integration
Advanced data manipulation skills (complex Excel functions) and scripting automation
