Rpa Lead

We are seeking an experienced UIPath Lead with strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), enterprise automation architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable automation solutions using the UIPath platform while collaborating with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams.

The candidate should also possess the ability to participate in customer-facing discussions, solution demonstrations, effort estimations, and pre-sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Solution Design & Development

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale RPA solutions using UIPath.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop robust and scalable automation solutions using UIPath REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework).
• Design and implement automation solutions covering:
• Input & Data Ingestion Layer o Orchestration Layer o External System Integration Layer
• Develop reusable components, libraries, and common automation assets.
• Integrate bots with APIs, databases, web services, ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure automation solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Participate in customer discussions, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution approaches, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and showcase automation capabilities to prospective customers.

Architecture & Integration

• Design enterprise-grade automation architecture and governance models.
• Work closely with the .NET development team to build APIs, custom libraries, connectors, and integration services supporting automation initiatives.
• Design integrations with external systems such as SharePoint, ERP platforms, HR systems, and business applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams for deployment and production support.

Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead, mentor, and guide UIPath developers and automation engineers.
• Own project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery management.
• Monitor project risks and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives.
• Support recruitment, technical interviews, onboarding, and skill development of automation team members.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation standards and best practices.

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Conduct process discovery workshops and automation assessment sessions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define automation roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Present solution designs, architecture recommendations, and automation benefits to customers and leadership teams.

Support & Governance

• Monitor bot performance and operational health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Establish governance standards, logging strategies, monitoring processes, and audit controls.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in UIPath development and solution delivery.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• UIPath Studio o UIPath Orchestrator o Document Understanding o Automation Hub o AI Center o Action Center
• Strong hands-on experience with UIPath REFramework (Mandatory).
• Experience building automations involving:
• Data Ingestion o Workflow Orchestration o API Integration
• Enterprise Application Integration
