RPA Lead

We are looking for a skilled RPA Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and process improvement.

• Design, develop, and implement automated processes using RPA tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and process improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation of automated processes and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in RPA implementation and management.
• Strong knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
• Experience in process analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
