Software Developer – Full Stack – Senior (RQ11399)

Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Developer to support the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-level digital solutions within a complex public-sector environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing applications across the complete technology stack, including front-end development, back-end services, APIs, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps, and modern software architecture.

The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, .NET Core, C#, RESTful APIs, Azure cloud services, database technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/ML solution development. Experience with computer vision, machine learning models, and cloud-native architecture will be highly valued.

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
Translate technical specifications into fully tested software solutions.
Develop scalable front-end applications using:

Design and implement RESTful APIs and application integrations.
Develop and maintain data pipelines involving:

Implement responsive UI designs and modern user interface architectures.
Build applications optimized for:

Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, and technical troubleshooting.
Support application deployment, migration, and production issue resolution.
Cloud, Database & DevOps Engineering
Develop and support cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
Design applications leveraging modern cloud architectures.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
Work with Azure DevOps tools and Agile delivery platforms.
Design and optimize database solutions including:

Perform database optimization activities including:
- Query tuning
- Stored procedures
- Triggers

Utilize Azure Key Vault for secure secrets and configuration management.

Design, integrate, and deploy AI/ML capabilities within enterprise applications.
Develop and train machine learning models using:

Build computer vision solutions using:

Perform model evaluation and optimization using metrics including:

Participate in application architecture and technical solution design.
