Position Summary

Kunes Auto and RV Group is seeking an RV Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team.

In this customer-focused sales role, you’ll help guests find the right new or pre-owned RV by building relationships, understanding their needs, presenting options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Whether you’ve worked in automotive sales, car sales, retail sales, RV sales, hospitality, customer service, wireless sales, furniture sales, real estate, or another commission-based sales environment, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the purchasing process
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned RV or Motorhome
• Conduct presentations and test drives
• Explain features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
• Negotiate and complete sales professionally
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business
• Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
• Stay current on inventory, product knowledge, and new technology
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
