📋 Job Requirements:

• Own the complete FMCSA / DOT safety compliance program for the fleet.
• Monitor, analyze, and actively manage CSA scores across all seven BASICs; build and execute a plan to reduce at-risk categories and hold every category below threshold.
• Run the DataQ challenge process end to end: identify errors, prepare and submit challenges, and track outcomes.
• Manage Hours-of-Service / ELD compliance — monitor logs, resolve violations, coach drivers.
• Administer the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and DOT drug-and-alcohol testing programs.
• Maintain Driver Qualification (DQ) files so every driver meets FMCSA and partner…
