📋 Job Requirements:

Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance, HOS rules, ELD systems, and trucking safety procedures.
Experience managing driver safety performance, violations, accidents, and compliance investigations.
Ability to develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and corrective action plans.
Experience conducting safety training and driver coaching sessions.
Ability to monitor fleet safety metrics and prepare reports.
High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/safety management systems.
Availability to work night shifts
