📋 Job Requirements:
- Manage and maintain overall DOT/FMCSA safety compliance.
- Maintain and review Driver Qualification Files (DQF).
- Monitor MVRs, CDL status, medical cards, and driver qualifications.
- Review new driver applications from a safety and compliance perspective.
- Coordinate with HR on driver approval, onboarding, and drug testing.
- Monitor and review CSA scores, BASICs, roadside inspections, and violations.
- Review inspection reports and ensure violations are properly addressed.
- Track accidents, incidents, claims, and preventable accidents.
- Conduct accident investigations and maintain complete accident files.
