📋 Job Requirements:

• Manage and maintain overall DOT/FMCSA safety compliance.

Maintain and review Driver Qualification Files (DQF).
Monitor MVRs, CDL status, medical cards, and driver qualifications.
Review new driver applications from a safety and compliance perspective.
Coordinate with HR on driver approval, onboarding, and drug testing.
Monitor and review CSA scores, BASICs, roadside inspections, and violations.
Review inspection reports and ensure violations are properly addressed.
Track accidents, incidents, claims, and preventable accidents.
Conduct accident investigations and maintain complete accident files.
Follow up on corrective actions…
