Job Requirements:
- Oversee driver onboarding, including DQ files, safety orientation, and compliance checks
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and state regulations
- Monitor and audit HOS, ELD logs, and driver activity
- Develop and deliver driver safety training programs
- Conduct driver, truck, and trailer file audits
- Manage NY HUT, New Mexico and Oregon permits and assist with quarterly IFTA reporting
- Assist with accident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and performance records
- Analyze safety data to identify trends and improve onboarding and retention
