About The Job
We're growing our sales team and hiring a senior Account Executive to build coverage in the European market. This is a full-cycle sales role: you'll prospect, run outbound campaigns, and close new business independently.
What you will do:
- Own the full sales cycle independently: prospect, discover, demo, negotiate, close
- Build your own outbound pipeline alongside handling inbound leads
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share what's working and contribute to overall team performance
- Run sales calls that clearly communicate Jibble's value, tailored to the prospect's industry
Who we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a genuine full-cycle closing track record (not account management or lead-gen only)
- Strong live-call performance: clear communicator, sharp on real-time objection handling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Based in Europe, or able to work European business hours effectively if remote
- Comfortable in a fully remote, distributed sales team
